Shipping and Returns

RETURNS: We hope you absolutely love your Canary Lane purchase! However, if you aren't in love, returns can be made if they meet our return requirements. 

Returns can be made on full price items for store credit or exchange only. Shipping and return shipping cost will be deducted from credit total. Store credit never expires. 

If your order meets the requirements and you need to initiate a return, please email to get a pre-paid return label emailed to you. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition which they were received.

All internationally shipped and discounted purchases are final sale. 

Purchasing a rug is a big decision and our return policy gives you the ability to see it in your space to know for sure. If you want to see a rendering of how it will look in your space, please email us to find out about our Photoshop services. We can photoshop the rug into a photo of your space to give you an idea of how it will look in your home for a fee. If you have any concerns, reach out and we will do our best to further describe the rug to help you make a decision. Please never hesitate to ask any questions you might have. It is important to us to help you find the perfect piece for your space.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For domestic orders, we ship via FedEx. Depending on your location, it takes on average 4-6 business days to receive your order. 

For expedited 2 day shipping, please note orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST to arrive the next day. If placing an order on the weekend, your order will ship on the following business day. Rug pads will still be shipped standard as they ship from our distributor. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders, we ship via DHL. We ship internationally to select countries. For questions or issues if your country does not show at checkout please contact for a custom quote. 

International buyers will be responsible for taxes and duty upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your country's customs policy before purchasing.

Due to the high value, rug orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery. If for some reason the courier ships the item back to us after missing several delivery attempts, you will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping costs incurred upon the second attempt of delivery.
